The new BAFA questionnaire on the Supply Chain Act

The linchpin of the Supply Chain Act (LkSG) is the annual human rights report. In future, affected companies will have to submit these reports regularly to the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). The BAFA examines these reports and may use them as grounds for further investigations and sanctions. It is important for companies to meet BAFA's reporting requirements as completely as possible. There has been a great deal of uncertainty here to date.
