Food law responsibility and compliance

The food business operator must ensure through its operational organization that all food law requirements are complied with in its company. If legal violations occur, this has consequences for the persons involved and the company management. As almost all legal requirements are now subject to criminal and regulatory offences, violations can have considerable consequences for those affected. The seminar will explain who is responsible and to what extent, how food law violations are sanctioned and how liability can be avoided or limited.
