Human rights and ESG compliance
in the food value chain

Have your suppliers trained in the correct handling of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and thereby document compliance with the effort obligations of the LkSG. Supplier training is a legally binding component of the LkSG (Section 6 (4)). Due to the spillover effect, smaller companies will also be required by their customers in future to pursue human rights compliance in their own supply chain and to train upstream suppliers.

With the daily format geared towards the food value chain, we cover the requirements of the LkSG in general terms and teach suppliers what is important. At the same time, the companies gain a competitive advantage by stabilizing their supply relationships.

Duration

The training lasts one day.
The participants are divided into two groups.

Contents

The one-day training course on the new Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is conducted by a multidisciplinary team of experts online or as a face-to-face event.

ZENK lawyers will explain the current legal framework and provide you with examples tailored to your association or company.

The AFC team will introduce you to suitable management tools and use examples tailored to your company to show you what you need to bear in mind when communicating in an emergency.

Following participation, the suppliers receive a certificate of participation as confirmation that the suppliers have been trained by us and on what content, in order to be able to fulfill their reporting obligation in accordance with § 10 LkSG.
