Mandatory information, formal requirements, specific requirements, sanctions
The main aim of food law, in addition to protecting health and preventing deception, is to provide consumers with comprehensive information to enable them to make informed purchasing and usage decisions. To this end, the legislator has created an increasingly dense network of mandatory labeling elements (such as sales description, list of ingredients, filling quantity information, instructions for use, nutrition declaration, etc.). The aim is not only to provide a wide range of content, but also to specify in detail how the information is to be provided. The event will use examples to illustrate what information must be provided on labels and how, and what the consequences are for non-compliance. New developments will also be highlighted.
incl. documents, certificate of participation
The registration is of course transferable.
