Who does not use sustainability or environmental claims on their company and/or products? There is a need for action now, especially for brands, long-term advertising campaigns, product packaging and logos, as the legal framework has already changed last year and will continue to change in the coming years.

- the new legal regulation of sustainability statements
through the so-called Empowerment Directive and
- the content and status of the legislative process of the so-called Green Claims Directive
